The Good Mother Grocery
Delivery & Companion Service.
This is a low cost service available
to seniors providing home
cleaning, prescription pick up,
delivery of fresh fruits and
vegetables and special events and
outings.
This program is unique. It will
provide needed services to
seniors at very low cost while
providing intern opportunities that
will turn into full time jobs for the
young in the Boys to Men Project.
Many of these boys are African
American males who currently
have the highest unemployment
rate at over 30%.
The boys work in groups of two
under the direction of the
Companion cleaning homes.
The Companion spends time with
the senior enjoying coffee, donuts
and great conversation!
