We are currently accepting applications for the following volunteer/employee candidate
positions in both a full time and part time capacity for the following positions:

Office Manager
Fundraising Director
Volunteer Director
Woman’s Program Director
Boys to Men Project Director
Community Outreach Director
Restaurant/Catering Manger
Sales Manager
Marketing/Advertising Manager

Each volunteer/employee candidate must commit to one year of service in the position and
fully committed to attaining the programs goals and mission.  In December 2010, each
candidate will begin the evaluation process.  The candidate will be offered either the
Director or Assistant Director Position based on year long performance.  Each candidate’s
performance will be evaluated quarterly.


As an AAASM employee you will receive:

A competitive salary based on market conditions and fully negotiable
Full medical, dental and vision benefits and pre-paid legal with NO contribution from the
employee
The ability to telecommute three days of the six day work week
Two weeks paid vacation
Five rotating sick days
Various gifts and fringe benefits throughout the year.
A full work week for the Association is Monday through Saturday.   
9am-4pm Monday through Friday
10am to 3pm on Saturday.

As an AAASM volunteer/employee candidate, you:

Commit to one (1) year of service in your desired position
Commit to 24 hours of service per week
Have reliable transportation and communication
Have access to a computer with the ability to conference by computer and/or phone
$50 per month transportation allowance for full time candidates
$25 per month transportation allowance for part time candidates

must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher or must be working towards a degree.   Interviews
will begin January 9, 2010.  Training will begin Saturday February 6. 2010.
