Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant: Performs administrative duties for executive
management. Responsibilities may include screening calls,
making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and
financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and
customer relations. Requires strong computer and internet research
skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project
coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels
of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and
vendors.
Fundraising Director

Fundraising Director: Directs and coordinates solicitation and
disbursement of funds for the organization based on our funding plan.  
The Director will assist in implementing fund-raising goals according to
financial need of the Association. Formulates policies for collecting and
safeguarding contributions. Works closely with the Outreach Director to
initiate public relations program to promote community understanding
and support for organization’s objectives. Issues instructions to volunteer
and paid workers regarding solicitations, public relations, and clerical
duties. Updates records and compiles statistical reports on fundraising
performance.  Work one-on one with each department director to
determine each departments financial need.  Will be asked to present
department information to inside staff and associated partners. May also
write and/or coordinate applications and proposals to submit to fund-
granting authorities, for example government and foundations.  The
Fundraising Director reports directly to the program Director.
Future Leaders Program Director

Future Leaders Program Director: Plans, coordinates, and directs
volunteers in the development and implementation of all aspects of
the Future Leaders Program. Confers with management and supervisory
personnel in order to determine program needs. Compiles data and
analyzes past and current year program requirements to prepare
budgets and justify funds requested. Formulates program policies,
program events and schedules, utilizing knowledge of identified
program goals, needs, association processes and systems, or changes
in procedures or services. Designates volunteer training procedures.
Organizes and develops training and program manuals, reference
library and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other
educational materials. Updates records and compiles statistical reports
on program performance and volunteer performance. Work one-on one
with program partners in building a consistent recruitment base and
assist in developing new partnerships based on program goals.  Will be
asked to present program information to inside staff and associated
partners. May also write and/or coordinate applications and proposals
to submit to fund-granting authorities, for example government and
foundations.  The Future Leaders Program Director reports directly to
the program Director.

personnel in order to determine program needs.  Works in partnership with the Future Leaders Program to
recruit program members and coordinate goals. Compiles data and analyzes past and current year program
requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested. Formulates program policies, program
meetings, events and schedules, utilizing knowledge of identified program goals, needs, association
processes and systems, or changes in procedures or services. Designates volunteer training procedures.
Organizes and develops training and program manuals, reference library and evaluation procedures,

Community Outreach Program Director: Plans, coordinates, and directs volunteers in the development and
implementation of all aspects of the Community Outreach Plan. Confers with management and supervisory personnel
in order to determine plan needs. Compiles data and analyzes past and current year plan requirements to prepare
budgets and justify funds requested. Formulates plan activities working in partnership with all other program
departments. Designates volunteer training procedures. Organizes and develops training and program manuals,
reference library and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Updates records
and compiles statistical reports on plan performance. Work one-on one with local business, community and
government  program partners in building consistent outreach opportunities and assist in developing new outreach
partnerships based on plan goals.  Will be asked to present program information to inside staff and associated partners.
May also write and/or coordinate applications and proposals to submit to fund-granting authorities, for example
government and foundations.  The Community Outreach Program Director reports directly to the program Director.
